📖 How to Use

1. Open the portal link provided with your order.
2. Enter your code and select Redeem & get email.
3. Use the email address for the service you purchased.
4. Request your OTP and view it on the portal.

⚡️ Use Immediately After Purchase

Please redeem your code as soon as you receive it. Email availability and prices can change, so delaying use may prevent you from receiving an email.

If an email is unavailable, keep your code and try again later or contact support. Availability is not guaranteed to return.

🔄 No OTP? Try Reactivate

If you have not received any OTP, select Reactivate to request a different email for the same service and domain.

You can use the same inbox code at no additional charge. If asked, select the reason that matches your issue:

• No Need — You no longer need the current email.
• Used Mail — The email has already been used.
• No OTP — Your OTP has not arrived.

A replacement depends on availability and may not be provided immediately. Once your inbox code has received any OTP, Reactivate is no longer available.

⏱️ 25-Minute Session

Your session starts when you receive an email—not when you purchase the code. If Reactivate successfully provides a new email, a new session starts for that email.

Some email accounts may stop working before the session ends due to account-related issues. Please request your OTP promptly.

🔒 Keep Your Code Private

Use the email only for the service and domain you selected. Do not share your inbox code—anyone with it can access your portal.

OTP delivery depends on the website you are using and cannot be guaranteed.

🛟 Support Within 24 Hours

If your code does not work or you cannot receive an email because stock is unavailable, contact support within 24 hours of purchase.

Please include your order ID and a screenshot of the issue. No support will be provided for issues reported after 24 hours.

This support period does not extend your email session or guarantee a replacement or refund.
